i don't care if you have a community pool or not
I currently live here and it's come along way since I moved in 3 years ago
who in their right mind would pay that much for a fixer upper
Very nice mobile home park very reasonably priced and also they have RV hookups there that you can rent
no windows outdated appliances
To be frank, it's trashy. Crowded and unkempt. A lot of the trailers look like they're about to fall apart. At least the fixed up and reopened the pool.

wouldn't buy anything here. They literally tried to sell me a broken mobile home for over $5000.00
was a nice place and great bike/trail walk by river. There is a little playground for kids too.
