Brian is someone you want representing your company. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. I dare you to find a positive adjective that doesn't apply. His straight forward approach to explaining our furnace's problems and the best solutions moving forward gave us confidence and trust in what he was recommending. Neighborhood is where we'll be going for any future plumbing and heating needs.
Eric was a very helpful technician. He explained the issue so I could understand it. My questions were answered to my satisfaction such that I did not feel I was being sold, but rather he was consulting with me on my options. I needed a solution not a product and that's what I got. The furnace was the right fit, not the most expensive (nor the cheapest). There was no pressure to buy, only input on what was the right thing to do. I feel confident enough to recommend and use them again when the need arises.
He gave us plenty of time to make our own decision, there was no sales pressure. After we decided the options we wanted, he set-up the appoint to have the furnace replaced the next day. He helped set-up the financing for us. I liked the full service we got with Neighborhood.
Heater went out, of course, on the 1st cold night of the season. Called the next morning and they were able to send someone out right away. Dan was very helpful and explained how a lot of our stuff worked (just bought the house and it has updates we aren't familiar with). After testing he told us that a few parts needed to replaced, but with how old everything is, we were better off replacing everything. And that they could have everything done the next DAY! He took our financial concerns seriously and found several ways to help lower the cost. They even brought out space heaters for us to use that night.
