customer service was poor today. My son ordered a large pizza online. At the store, they refused to use the coupon we had just because we didn't enter the coupon online and they argue on top of that. Using a coupon does not mean that the customer cant afford the full price. Maybe we were treated this way because we are a minority?

Deal on message did not match deal in store. Order deal in store and person taking the order got confused and was going to charge me $30 more than my should have been. Asked for plates and napkins and got none. I ordered this for my staff and they had nothing to eat off of.
Domino's has done an awesome job in improving their pizza. Sauk Rapids staff are awesome! Always fast and friendly delivery with great pizza.
