The dentist I had been seeing for 20 years retired and I was looking for a new dentist and I found Theisen Dental! They walk you through the whole process and thoroughly explain everything. Since I was a new patient they did all new x-rays and pictures (which I have never had done before!) Erika came in and reviewed all the notes, pictures and did her exam then she went through everything with me and made sure I fully understood it all before she left the room. Brenda then followed up with me later that day with my treatment plan and how my insurance would pay and what my estimated costs would be, the level of service they have is impeccable;e! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found Erika and her team at Theisen Dental!
Erika and the entire team at Theisen Dental turned what could have easily been a traumatic experience for my 4 year old daughter into one of the most fun experiences shes had. She was SO NERVOUS to go in and get checked out but Shannon and her expansive knowledge of FROZEN made my daughter calm and comfortable, even making her laugh about what was going on and what they were doing to complete her exam. Afterwards, my daughter said, "That was so fun, I cant wait to go back" and "My favorite part...was every part." Thanks for making this easy on the parents too!
